A cute jersey top with a cascading front ruffle around the scooped neckline. With short doman sleeves, this is a great top to take from summer to autumn. It can be worn with black slacks or torn jeans.

The brand, Madewell, has a long tradition of high quality and is a treasure trove for flirty fashions.  I’m sure that I’ll have more pieces from this line as time passes.

Attempting to beat the heat?  Good luck. I refuse to leave my apartment after 2pm because I have a legitimate fear I may melt like an ice cube.

Thumbing my nose at Mother Nature and her 100 degree heat, my summer color is ice blue. Pairing khaki shorts and either one of these amazing two cotton tops, I look cool and fresh. Because, if I’m gonna melt, may as well do it in style.
