I need summer shoes.  I need peep-toe, super cute summer shoes.  And I need them now.

I know I’m entering into the game pretty late.  Summer is almost half over and I still don’t have footwear to go with my summer dresses.  I admit that I am sometimes a fashion failure.

But that’s not to say I don’t know how to buckle down and shop.  I’ve decided on beige, peep-toe pumps.  I’m looking for a shoe that I can wear to a summer garden party, a baby shower or even an evening cocktail party down at the lake. Also, I think I’ve seen Angelina in a similar style, and that lady has taste.

What I like best about this shoe is the simple elegance. These shoes aren’t flashy but certainly makes a statement. Though it doesn’t have the platform I have been leaning towards, it does have a 4-inch heel to give me plenty of height. Though not a peep-toe, this shoe from my beloved Dolce Vita is an awesome platform shoe that can easily be worn all the way till the first snows of late fall. Adding 4 1/2 inches to my height, I know my legs will look sleek and sexy. I will definitely have the confidence to wear my maybe a little too short summer dresses.
